Chelsea sold our beach house in Paia, and I still don’t know how she made it feel that easy. We were not local. The plantation style house is centrally located in Wailuku in a cozy tucked away neighborhood, yet still 5 minutes from the hospital. Best of all, my grandmother is so happy with the place!
